Robert guides the strategic direction of Chateau Health Group and its sister company Group LRM. As CEO, Robert oversees all aspects of the company including planning, administration, operation standards, and partnerships. A dual citizen of Canada and the United States, Robert attended university on both sides of the border and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Literature and a DEC in Accounting. Civic-minded, Robert has been an EMT volunteer on an ambulance corp for 20 years.

Holding a DEC in Accounting and Bachelors in Accounting Sciences from Concordia University, Lisa has 20 years experience in financial management. Lisa is also a certified teaching professional, giving her insight into the importance of helping professionals including the staff of senior residences.

Ilana earned a BSc in Accounting from Touro College Manhattan. Possessing strong communication and organizational skills, Ilana also holds a diploma as a certified teaching professional.
